Returns & Refunds Return Procedures

We appreciate your patronage of the Estree Online Marketplace.

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, we welcome you to explore our refunds and returns policy.

The following terms apply to any purchases made through the Estree Marketplace website.

Estree Marketplace provides a seven-day return period for items that meet the return standards. The cancellation period for an Order is seven days from the date of delivery to you or the date on which a third party you have selected, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product provided.

To exercise your right of return, you must provide us with a clear declaration of your decision. You may notify us of your decision by e-mailing returns@estree.com.

Kindly contact us within seven days of delivery via any of our communication channels and we will guarantee that you receive resolution.
Returns are accepted on regular-priced items only, not on Sale or Clearance items, through email to returns@estree.com.

Transporting goods

  • To return an item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email at returns@estree.com.
  • When the code is received, place it in the package and return it to the Estree Online Marketplace.
  • You bear all costs and risks associated with returning the Goods to us, and we will not accept returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization code.
  • Please note that we do not refund shipping expenses; hence, we will not be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
  • Additionally, you must verify that the goods are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. If we receive the product damaged or used beyond the point of reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund.
  • Policy of Refunds
  • Our refund policy is applicable for 7 calendar days from the purchase date. If you receive an order and are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you may return it for a refund. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Refund obligations

  • They must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for a refund:
  • The product must not be defective upon return • The product must be in the same condition as when purchased • The product must be in its original packaging • The product must be unused • Return items cannot be perishable items, beauty products, jewellery, health and personal care products, underwear, bed sheets, lingerie, or socks.
  • We will inspect all returns using the criteria outlined above. If the goods does not satisfy the above-mentioned conditions, we reserve the right to refuse refunds. Returns on perishable goods are entirely prohibited.

Purchase confirmation

We require a receipt, purchase order, or other form of evidence of purchase in order to process your refund. Please note that we will not provide a refund without a proof of purchase. Your refund request may take up to 5 – 10 business days to process.

We cannot be held liable for damaged or lost goods during the return shipment process. As a result, we strongly advise you to choose an insured and trackable mail service. Without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Protection for Buyers

  • All clients are eligible for a refund within seven days of purchase.
  • Within 24 hours after purchase, notify us via the WhatsApp chat button on our website with a photo of the merchandise you’re returning.
  • Return the product to our Estree office or to any Red Star Logistics facility.
  • You will receive a refund between two and six business days after the item is returned successfully.
  • Returns are not permitted on goods delivered in excellent and flawless condition as verified by consumers and delivery agencies.
